Supreme Court accepts Montgomery County magnet school admissions case
The U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in Association for Education Fairness v. Montgomery County Board of Education, limited to whether a plaintiff challenging a facially neutral school admissions policy as racially discriminatory must establish an aggregate disparate impact on the targeted racial group.
