Indiana school vouchers increasingly flow to higher-income families
The Indiana Department of Education reported that in 2025-26, for the first time, more Choice Scholarship vouchers went to families earning more than $100,000 than to families earning less, with 80,548 students enrolled and about $548 million awarded.
